Easily said to complain about the food in the restaurant. That can go well, but it can also be very uncomfortable. The operator should point out on the table with the stand that praise, but also criticism, is desired, very simply. I had totally salty schnitzel in Olching, if I had a complaint, the rude boss would have freaked out ... Then don't say anything, but never come back!
